STUDENT GRADUATION ELIGIBILITY
Our solutions can integrate with your student authentication and information systems directly to validate a student's graduation eligibility in up to the minute time, using the same school ID usernames and passwords used elsewhere on campus daily. No new account or new password is needed for commencement ticketing technology. Its seamless! If your school holds multiple ceremonies, students may be granted specific access to the ceremony to which they are assigned, and ticket may be limited to unique student levels, allowing for special VIP passes to student speakers, valedictorians, and other VIP special guests.
TICKET GIVE BACK & LOTTERIES
Lets say a student doesn't need all of their tickets allotted or doesn’t intend to attend commencement at all. Students may return unneeded tickets back to our lottery ticket pool where students can draw from up to a limit you specify. This will eliminate the need for a wait list or a flood of extra ticket requests from students. When it's time to release extra tickets, you can make them available on a first-come, first-served basis or based on a random assignment lottery
PRINT-AT-HOME TICKETS
Physically handing out tickets at your box office is costly, time consuming and inconvenient for both staff and students. No more long lines for ticket pickup or stuffing envelopes for days. With Ticketgasm, students can simply print their tickets anytime from home day or night. Tickets can be shared electronically with guests, and even sent to a mobile device for validation right off the screen. Each ticket will be authenticated and will have a unique barcode that cannot be scanned multiple times. No need to worry, tickets cannot be duplicated.
